   Well you have to take other things in consideration such as are they working,sleep etc… I am the one generally replying with a long pause just because I am preoccupied with other things so don’t get nasty just be patient you’ll get a reply. Wait a half hour is a good reasonable time.

   The person is in school know it will take them while to reply but if its someone that works or sometimes.
   An hour or not and what text like if said love you or something then wait like if the person replies or not and what text like hey then really nervous but if said love you go out with me get really dont care if said love you go out with.

    I don’t wait at all, I check back like the instant I send the text. and if they don’t reply, I get really paranoid. although i think a good waiting period would be within 30 minutes or something.
