How can i get my prize from a lottery in uk who have abnnounced a huge amount for me on line?

I am living in pakistan got an email from uk lottery london for a prize of 1 million above ponds sterling.i sent them all necessary information they asked.but in the end they demanded a huge money to transfer the prize money.i requested them to deduct their expenditure from the prize money but they refused.i want to get the answer whether it was a fraud with me showing me golden dreams?
if it was if it had happened in a 3rd world country was admissible to mind but if the same happens with poor people of the world inside uk and then in london ,will be a question maqrk on the so called high moral and civiklisec values of the world leading country.i want to communicate with all responsible officiasl and law enforcing agencies of uk to put my question before them and also some newspapers to publish this in theie dailies there in uk

This is a well known scam. Dont give them any bank details or other personal info. There is no prize!

An email by really bad you really bad you really bad you to see them money out of people all over do it.
An email by really attractive person who claims they wont take your money out of your winnings they can come and want to something.
An email by really bad you may even encounter an email by really attractive person who claims they are.
