For instance, if a lottery offers an opportunity to pick 7 numbers, are the chances that the official numbers are 21,22,23,24,25,26,27 (even if picked out of order like 26,22,27,21,24,25,23), the same as if the numbers picked were something like 11,2,34,6,9,28,19?

For example, the lottery is on saturday night in Turkey.. In other countries its on a different day. So its possible that every day, there is a lottery somewhere. Get my point?
