Is the statistical likelyhood of lottery numbers being sequential the same as being in a random order?
For instance, if a lottery offers an opportunity to pick 7 numbers, are the chances that the official numbers are 21,22,23,24,25,26,27 (even if picked out of order like 26,22,27,21,24,25,23), the same as if the numbers picked were something like 11,2,34,6,9,28,19?
