If you send someone text then you get one right back that says ” Message to 555-2838 Deleted”, does that mean it got deleted before they even read it, or what?

Yes, but you need to know the carrier. Once you know that, just go to the carrier’s site and there you will find a place to put the phone number in and the message. <--Whats the carrier? Please help I need specific instructions asap.
